CLÉMENT, 9 YEARS OLD...
The story begins when at 9 years old, Clément Laliberté decided to concoct two aromatised salts for the event ''Young entrepreneurs day'' which happened last June 2017. For the event, he prepared his mixes of the Sel Fou and the Sel du Diable. These ones were discovered on a family trip in Provence at the beginning of the year.
Later, he wanted to experiment his own recipes and that's how was made the third mix, the Sel des Cantons, Roi du Citron and la Forêt Enchantée.
Some people told him that they could not eat salt. That gaved him the brilliant idea to create a salt-free mix, which became l'Épice de la Liberté and le Caméléon.
